We had a really successful year at links to learning. In 2013 we ran four courses, Brick and Block laying, Agri-foods (landscape construction), Painting and Decorating and Retail Beauty. Together with the courses many of our students have obtained a white card and have learned CPR and Emergency care training. They were inspired by inspirational speakers such as Angry Anderson and Guy Sanders. All our students had had the opportunity to do one weeks work experience and have had intensive support on career choice and progression. We are so proud of the 48 students who achieved their full qualifications and returned to school with a career pathway and clear understanding on how they can follow their career aspirations.
